Land Use and Zoning
Evaluating the existing land use and zoning along the corridor provides a snapshot of the general distribution, location and characteristics of land used. East Greenbush recently updated its Comprehensive Plan and is in the process of updating its Zoning Code. Working in conjunction with the zoning update, the corridor study and bordering municipalities will support the future vision of the area!
